Where applicable, a local emergency contact for your villa will be included in your final travel documents, and our team is on hand to assist with any urgent or time-sensitive issues. If you also book flights with us, we also have a dedicated flight team that help with any issues.

All the villas that we have on our books are vetted by us. Some destinations lend themselves to relaxed family holidays, others suit couples looking for privacy and great dining, while some work brilliantly for groups of friends wanting space and flexibility. We focus on matching the destination and villa to how you actually want your holiday to feel. If I were to pick I would say Ibiza is best for couples, Tuscany best for families.

This varies by villa and destination. Some villas are within walking distance of a village, beach or restaurants, while others are more rural and private. We will always be clear about what is walkable, so there are no surprises. We would always recommend car hire as it give you that extra level of freedom but if not, we are at hand to organise your transfers if needed.
