Ibiza can be an excellent destination for multi-generational holidays, offering the flexibility of villa living with a wide choice of activities for all ages.

Privacy is central to a luxury villa stay in Ibiza. Our villas are for exclusive use, typically with private pools, gated entrances and landscaped grounds. Levels of seclusion vary, and we will be transparent about whether a villa is completely rural or closer to neighbouring properties.

This varies by location. Some villas are within walking distance or a short drive of beaches and beach clubs, while others sit inland with easy access by car. We will clearly explain distances, drive times and access to nearby restaurants so expectations are set from the outset.

Out of all the Balearic Islands, Ibiza is probably the one where a car is least essential, particularly if you are staying close to a beach, town or restaurant hub. Taxis and local transport are widely available in peak season.

That said, we still recommend hiring a car where possible, as it gives you greater freedom to explore the island at your own pace, discover quieter beaches and move easily between different areas. We work with providers and can offer car rental services.

May, June and September are ideal for warm weather, a relaxed atmosphere and excellent dining. July and August are the hottest and busiest months, with a livelier feel and higher demand. Spring and early autumn suit those looking for a calmer pace and beautiful conditions. Locals tend to love October due the relaxed atmoshphere, less people and still long days.

Yes. An eco-tourism tax applies to holiday stays in the Balearic Islands, including Ibiza. This is charged per person, per night, and is payable locally or added to your booking, depending on the property. We will confirm any applicable charges in advance.

Not always. While most villas operate on a Saturday-to-Saturday basis in peak season, many offer flexible arrival days, particularly outside July and August. We will advise on availability and flexibility for your chosen dates.

All inclusions will be stated on the villa page but the main inclusions are: pre-arrival cleaning and end-of-stay cleaning, linen and towels, pool and garden maintenance. Additional services such as private chefs, housekeeping, childcare and concierge experiences can be arranged on request.

Yes, where applicable, our villas offer a basic welcome package with all the essentials. If you are looking for a fully stocked frigde, we can of course organise this on request so everything is there ready for you.

Most of our luxury villas have a house manager close to the villa that are on hand for any emergencies. Emergency contact details will be clearly stated in your final documents.
